People attend during a Christmas mass at an Orthodox church in the town of Varna east of the Bulgarian capital Sofia, Thursday, Dec. 25, 2008. Bulgaria's Orthodox Church turned to the reformed Julian calendar in 1968, and since then, Bulgaria has celebrated Christmas on December 25 in line with most of the Christian world.
