A Bulgarian man secures a small home raki, distilling installation in the village of Vinica east of the Bulgarian capital Sofia, Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009. Two months before Christmas mostly in the rural areas in the Balkan country, people who grow their own grapes or plums, produce small quantities of traditional home brewed raki, an alcoholic beverage.
