People smear black mud over their bodyes in the traditional pursuit of using the mud as a purgative means of curing various bodily ailments, using the mud from a lake near the Black sea town of Pomorie east of the Bulgarian capital, Sofia, August, 11, 2010. It is believed by many that the restorative mud from the lake cures rheumatism and many other body ailments.
